Some experiences in life leave a lasting mark, and my trip to Taíba with Modo Experto was one of them. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was somewhere special. The sound of the wind rustling through the palm trees, the soft sand beneath my feet, and the endless ocean before me were a promise of unforgettable days ahead. This wasn’t just another kitesurfing spot—it was a paradise designed to challenge me, to help me grow, and, above all, to remind me why I love this sport.
Every session in Taíba was unique. The wind blew strong and steady, allowing for long rides where every trick felt smoother, more natural. The lagoon, with its butter-flat water, became the perfect training ground to refine my moves and push my limits. But the best part was sharing every small victory with the incredible community that Modo Experto had brought together on this trip. It didn’t matter if it was your first backroll or a perfectly executed kiteloop—every milestone was celebrated as a win for all.
And then came the nights. After an intense day on the water, Taíba welcomed us with its mouth-watering cuisine—fresh fish, juicy prawns, and traditional Brazilian dishes bursting with flavour, all restoring our energy. But the real magic happened at the beachside bars, where the day’s stories came to life between laughter and toasts. Every crash turned into an epic tale, and every shared moment strengthened a bond that only kitesurfing can create.
